Check out what we love about this home!
Our favorite things about this house:

-
We really like the open concept on the first floor. It really brings our family together, and we all spend so much more time together, rather than having rooms split up.
-
We also really like that the game room, guest room, and bathroom are on the upstairs. When we have guests, it gives them a sense of privacy and comfort to be able to escape upstairs. It's also nice when our kids have sleepovers to send them up there for their own personal time.
-
Even though we live in a subdivision, our house backs up to a large property with a single family home. In between us is a green belt. We can go outside, and hear no noise and just relax. It is a nice place to just separate ourselves after a long day's work.
-
We also take pride in the curb appeal of our front yard. We feel that the landscaping, and permanent "Christmas" lights sets our house apart from others in the neighborhood.
-
Wildleaf is also conveniently located for shopping, doctors' offices, schools, fast and casual dining, and the toll road to get downtown. We just turn on the road, and we are off. It's hard to ask for a better location, and our area is truly its own community.
-
There are also some great families that live in this neighborhood. We have made lifelong friends, and have met great neighbors just from taking our dogs for a walk in the evening! The neighborhood is on the smaller side (compared to Santa Rita), which is so nice, because we all know each other!
-
Last, but not least, this house has become our home. Who knew, we would have purchased a house site unseen, but made so many wonderful memories here. We have only lived here for 3 years, but we feel like it has been much longer.

Upgrades:

-
Installed gutters on the front and side of the house.
-
Professionally installed hard-scape around the front trees, and flower bed in the front and side of the house.
-
Professionally installed a 10 X 8 patio extension to the rear of the home. We put chairs, and a firepit out here to give us more room for visiting.
-
Installed a concrete pad out back to be able to store our garage and recycling cans. This helps to keep them out of the way, but also keeps the smell from getting too strong in the garage.
-
Professionally installed 2 overhead store racks above the garage. They are each 4' X 8' and it is so nice to store Christmas decorations and other items up there to make more room in the garage.
-
We had 2 exterior cameras installed in the front and rear of the house, and also installed alarm sensors on every window and door on the first floor.
-
We installed ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room, except for the upstairs bedroom.
-
Professionally installed a 60 amp 240 volt wall connector and Tesla charging station in the garage. This will be wonderful for anyone who has or wants to get an electric vehicle. Also installed a whole house surge protector at the same time.
-
Professionally installed gemstone permanent lighting to the front of the house. This is such a unique feature, and there are so many available lighting schemes for most of the major holidays. All of the wires are hidden, which creates a very professional look.
-
Installed a storm door with a doggie door on the back door. Our dogs can go in and out freely.
